Job Description:

We are seeking a talented inbound salesperson to join our team and help sell our highly regarded mentorship program to existing customers (and optionally, to new inbound prospects). The Program teaches the 13 principles of success in life and business with particular reference to the critical role that mindset plays in facilitating success. Most successful people in life in some way have adopted these principles. If you have clarity on your life’s purpose, these principles will add rocket fuel to it. If your purpose in life is not crystal clear, it very often becomes clear after being exposed to the training and you put into practice what you learn. This is the first time these long-established principles have been presented in this highly digestible format: a first that the content has been embedded into a movie-style documentary; a first that the movie content is accompanied by core teachings of the principles; a first that the content is accompanied by a turn-key business model proving the principles in practice; a first that the program enables you to earn while you learn (you have an opportunity to enjoy the fruits of success while you embody the principles). This program sets out to rapidly embed the principals such that the customers can “be” the principals in a very short timeline. You will be trained and certified over a period of 2-4 weeks to become a Certified Mentor, thus positioning you to be able to commence earning.

Ideal Candidates

You are passionate about personal development. You will have had 2-3 years of experience in selling - online or off, and be personally inspired by a bigger purpose in life, whether this is clear in your mind or not. You must be inspired to help others and in particular help others on their journey towards adoption of these principles of success. Since the program and training are all delivered online, you must have access to fast internet, and a professional setting where you will take calls. You must have an average ability to either use, or be happy to be trained to use, a CRM, appointment setting software, and operate a PowerPoint presentation.

Other Features & Requirements

• You will be trained to certification.

• Once certified you will have mastered how to deliver the sales presentation.

• Supplement with your own leads to complement company-provided leads.

• Lead generation models are also taught as part of the mentorship.

• The position is a two-level affiliate commission structure.

• You will receive 40% of the sales value from each direct sale.

• You make 10% overrides You set your own schedule, this can be done full or part-time.
